The Honey Girls is a multimedia series revealed in June 2015 and first released on July 10th, 2015 by Build-A-Bear Workshop. The members consist of lead singer Teegan, guitarist Risa, and percussionist Viv. There are also three supporting characters from this line: Stella, Misha, and Keely.
In October 2021 after a hiatus in 2019 and a 2020 clothing release, the original plushie designs have been retired in favor for a more updated design of the three main members. It is unknown if Build-A-Bear will also remake the remaining cast in the future. During that same time, a live action movie inspired by this series was produced by the company as well and distributed by Sony Pictures.
In July 2024, they have been given a slight redesign, where they now have silver noses and closed mouths.
